IMPORTANT NOTES

If you are going to supply your own artwork, please refer to the dimensions specified in the Page Dimensions document found in the ‘Specs and Services’ tab.
Please ensure you are available for proofing over this period. If you will not be available please notify us and nominate someone who can coordinate the proofing in your place
Please ensure the artwork you send is correct or a working file. We cannot alter your artwork.
Please advise ALL CHANGES IN ONE EMAIL. There may be proofing charges applied to multiple proofs.
Please ensure all images sent to be used are of high resolution (300dpi or more)

If you cannot get the required information on time then please do not put forward a submission. There are cancellation fees.

NEW PRODUCTS

If you have new products you would like ranged with ProPharma/PWR we would appreciate notification of this independently to your PharmaLines submission.

Notification six weeks in advance of market launch is preferred.

Sale or Return agreements will need to be signed for any new product we take on, with no exceptions.

Please note: new products will not be taken into submission if they have not been agreed to be ranged.

Ads must be supplied in either 100% as a Press Quality PDF.

OR

If you require us to alter your artwork please supply open source artwork packaged with fonts and links. (If CS6 or later please backsave to a .idml version)

Images & Fonts:

Images placed within an advertisement must be CMYK and should be sized to 300dpi at 100%. Spot colour PDFs are not acceptable.

Ads created in Illustrator must have all images embedded (scans/logos) and fonts as outline.

Ads created in Photoshop must be 300dpi with all fonts rasterised and be flattened with no compression.

Table Information: 275mm is the height of the content area including allowance for the table. Please remove the height of your table from the content area.

Line Height of table: 4.25mm add or take away as required.

To calculate the table height, allow one line height for the table header, one line as a sub-heading for each brand, and an additional line for each product.

Always add 3mm to the height of your table. This is to allow for the stroke on the table and space to your image area.

If you do not do this it may result in your artwork being wrong and you may need to resupply.
